Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is not currently in stock and will be specially ordered for you after your purchase is completed.

Payment
Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order item.

Cancellations
As each pre-order item is ordered specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

Fulfillment & Delivery
Pre-order items are processed after purchase. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for processing and delivery.

Refunds & Returns
Pre-order items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in the case of a damaged or defective item. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy.
